About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support resident care in assigned communities across the region
- Ensure residents receive appropriate wellness care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Implement and oversee resident care and medication programs
- Implement and oversee resident care policies
- Ensure proper usage of RealPage in compliance with company standards
- Teach and train staff
- Support multiple communities in an assigned region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideal candidates will reside in California, preferably the San Francisco Bay Area
- Must be a Licensed Vocational or Registered Nurse holding a valid California nursing license in good standing
- Valid Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license required
- Assisted living clinical experience preferred
- Four (4) years of experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) preferred
- Three (3) years of experience supervising and managing employees preferred
- Able to effectively teach/train staff
- Proficient in operating a personal computer and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- May be required to vaccinate, participate in daily screening and surveillance testing, and wear face coverings and other PPE according to regulatory guidelines
