About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support resident care in assigned communities across the assigned region
- Ensure residents receive appropriate wellness care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Implement and oversee resident care and medication programs
- Implement and oversee applicable policies
- Ensure proper usage of RealPage in compliance with company standards
- Support multiple communities in a fast-paced environment
- Teach and train staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse holding a valid California nursing license in good standing
- Must have a valid Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
- Four (4) years of experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) preferred
- Three (3) years of experience supervising and managing employees preferred
- Assisted living clinical experience preferred
- Able to effectively teach/train staff
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Must comply with applicable vaccination, screening, testing, face covering, and PPE requirements
