About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support resident care in assigned communities
Ensure residents receive appropriate wellness care and assistance with activities of daily living
Implement and oversee resident care and medication programs

Ensure proper usage of RealPage in compliance with company standards
Support multiple communities in an assigned region
Teach and train staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a Licensed Vocational or Registered Nurse holding a valid California nursing license in good standing
Prefer four (4) years of experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
Prefer three (3) years of experience supervising and managing employees
Must have a valid Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
Assisted living clinical experience is preferred
Able to effectively teach/train staff
Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
May be required to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear face coverings and other PPE per regulatory guidelines
