About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct the overall management and control of an assigned Community’s activities and programs
Manage residents, employees, and financial assets
Represent the property when dealing with outside and governmental agencies
Participate in government property surveys and develop and execute plans of correction
Promote the property and communicate the organization’s values to residents, visitors, team members, and the wider community
Coach and direct Community Directors on financial management, service, and team member relations
Lead marketing and sales efforts to meet or exceed targeted census goals
Ensure operations align with company policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and regulations
Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

RCFE Administrator Certificate required
Two years of college required
Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly
Senior Living experience required
Prior working experience with reporting and data in RealPage Accounting and Leasing & Rents, You’ve Got Leads (YGL), and ADP or other HRIS preferred
Up to 95%+ travel required throughout Northern California
Travel assignments may be extended and frequently change; flexibility and availability required
