About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Grow Oatly’s distribution and visibility across convenience retail, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and other foodservice customers
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across Northern Ireland
- Build relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and brand advocacy
- Secure new listings, improve visibility and availability, and maximize Oatly’s presence in-store and on menus
- Maintain accurate CRM records and territory plans
- Develop expertise in coffee, plant-based drinks, and emerging consumer trends
- Run occasional activation events with customers
- Represent and grow Oatly’s brand across Convenience and Out of Home (HORECA) channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Natural relationship-building and ability to start conversations with new people
- Commercial instinct to identify opportunities and prioritize high-impact activity
- Proven experience taking ownership and accountability for deliverables
- Comfortable working with a virtual team and customer teams
- Resilience and proven ability to persist after rejection
- Genuine interest in Oatly’s products and the food and drink industry
- Existing connections in the Northern Irish convenience and/or coffee shop sector are advantageous
- Full driving license required
- Willingness to visit customers regularly and spend time in customer spaces
