About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in sales within the food industry
  • Adequate university degree or equivalent
  • Extensive experience and a strong track record as a KAM manager
  • Experience in distributor management
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to work independently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Korean and English
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities
  • Proficiency in computer programs including Word and Excel
  • Willingness to travel as needed for fairs and events
  • Valid driver’s license
