About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation for Obtelecare telehealth Maternal-Fetal Medicine programs
- Build trusted relationships with executive, clinical, operational, and physician stakeholders
- Create and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and go-live readiness activities
- Coordinate telehealth technology deployment, clinical workflow integration, provider scheduling, credentialing, privileging, and operational preparation
- Translate current-state maternal care workflows into effective future-state virtual MFM service models
- Lead recurring implementation meetings and deliver executive-level updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Track onboarding metrics, implementation performance, and customer satisfaction to improve efficiency, scalability, and outcomes
- Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing client success and operational support after go-live
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience managing complex customer onboarding, healthcare implementation, or comparable healthcare or medical services initiatives
- Strong project leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation, process improvement, and risk management capabilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across hospital, medical staff, executive, patient, government, and community audiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while operating effectively as an individual contributor
- Preferred experience in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, women’s health, obstetrics, neonatal, perinatal, or broader maternal healthcare
- Physician practice management or obstetrical services experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and applicable state and federal healthcare regulations
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
