About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support for federal I/O Psychology projects
- Coordinate meetings, focus groups, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
- Maintain project schedules, action item trackers, and project documentation
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and briefing materials
- Support contract deliverables and project reporting requirements
- Assist with surveys, assessments, and organizational studies
- Compile and organize assessment results and supporting documentation
- Perform data entry, validation, and quality control reviews
- Maintain project files and ensure document version control
- Organize electronic records according to federal records management requirements
- Prepare materials for project audits, reviews, and quality assurance activities
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and organizational data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Three plus years administrative support for federal or consulting projects
- Relevant training/certification preferred
- Experience supporting federal agencies, federal contractors, or consulting projects preferred
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive workforce information
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficiency with data visualization tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances
