About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, train, and motivate the scoop squad in every phase of product preparation, including product portioning, packaging, and cleaning duties
- Deliver top-tier customer service
- Manage shifts, schedules, and daily operations
- Keep the shop sparkling clean and organized
- Handle inventory and ensure popular products remain stocked
- Scoop and serve customers
- Manage community relations and customer experience
- Act as the right-hand support to the District Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (food service a plus!)
- A positive, upbeat attitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Weekend and evening availability
- Ability to carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk on a hard surface for 9–10 hours per day
- Ability to tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in freezer at -10 degrees F during inventory and stocking
