About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities across OBRELA’s cybersecurity services portfolio
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers
  • Educate prospects on cyber risk, evolving cyber threats, regulatory requirements, and operational risk
  • Generate qualified pipeline opportunities for the Sales team
  • Clearly articulate and position MDR, cyber resilience, threat detection and response, and managed security services
  • Research target accounts, industries, and cybersecurity challenges across European markets
  • Track competitor positioning and customer requirements
  • Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales leadership on market trends, campaign effectiveness, and lead quality
  • Work within the Marketing Team and report to the Marketing Director/Head of Marketing
  • Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and technical teams to support business growth across the European market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in SDR, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role
  • Cybersecurity, MSSP, SaaS, or technology environment experience is ideal
  • Exposure to cybersecurity services and enterprise technology solutions is highly desirable
  • Experience engaging with IT, Security, and business decision-makers is preferred
  • Fluent English, written and verbal
  • German and/or Dutch language skills highly desirable
  • Additional European languages are an advantage
  • Strong discovery, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to communicate complex cybersecurity concepts in business terms
  • CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target driven
  • Cybersecurity or sales certifications are a plus
