About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete a three-year finance graduate scheme
- Undertake three one-year rotations across different Finance teams
- Study toward and achieve the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification
- Gain exposure to different areas of the business
- Support commercial finance decisions to improve product profitability and customer experience
- Help set business targets and report performance to senior stakeholders
- Support investment decisions, operational efficiency improvements, and stock-related commercial decisions
- Assess marketing strategy, advertising campaigns, and customer propositions to improve customer acquisition and retention
- Perform month-end and accounting activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement and an efficient, accurate, well-controlled financial environment
- Partner with teams across Buying, Marketing, Operations, and other business areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- A 2:1 degree or above from a UK accredited University
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom upon scheme commencement and duration of the scheme (3 years)
- Passion for understanding the retail e-commerce environment
- Ability to identify business and market trends
- Understanding of customer behaviours and what makes a business profitable
- Analytical and data-driven approach
- Excel skills to manipulate data and identify what it is telling us
- Ability to build and develop relationships across the business
- Entry-level graduate position
