About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Specialist CRM Manager as an authority on the CRM platform
Implement advanced CRM features including sophisticated contact strategies, AI-driven decisioning, and system integrations
Deliver complex campaign builds with the wider team
Share technical knowledge to build a culture of learning
Identify CRM process pain points and implement processes and technologies to improve campaign readiness and reduce errors
Support the technical workstream for migration from Adobe to Braze
Ensure the CRM platform migration meets business and data integration requirements
Support development and execution of technical upskilling and enablement for the wider CRM team
Foster data literacy and platform expertise across the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Early career experience (1-2 years) working within a CRM team
Knowledge of technical architecture, best practices, and data structures
Experience as a superuser of a CRM platform; Braze preferred, but any other major provider acceptable
Experience with programming language(s) such as HTML, Liquid, CSS, and SQL
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Strong stakeholder management abilities
Ability to build collaborative and productive relationships across Insights, Finance, and Research teams
Proactive, achievement-focused attitude with strong integrity
Willingness to quickly implement solutions and challenge the status quo
Strong strategic, analytical, and organisational acumen
Curious mindset and ability to challenge established norms and inform decisions with deep insights
