About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the full lifecycle of property development projects from front-end feasibility through design, planning, construction, and handover to Operators
- Deliver new Spoke facilities, including Build-To-Suit schemes, first fit-outs of new sites, and refurbishments of existing sites
- Manage lifecycle works across the existing UK portfolio, including refurbishments, PV, EV, and dilapidations work
- Manage capacity expansion projects including multi-deck car parking and internal remodelling
- Drive project programmes
- Hold full financial accountability for Design & Construction elements of projects
- Manage budgets, project scope, and cost reporting
- Prepare and administer JCT Design & Build contracts
- Coordinate internal stakeholder teams, external consultants, contractors, and local authorities
- Own standard project documentation
- Identify and implement process efficiencies and continuous improvements
- Provide reporting, analysis, communication, and presentation throughout project delivery
- Oversee site operations nationally
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of proven Property Project Management experience
- Strong preference for client-side experience or consultancy experience acting in a client-representative capacity
- Broad cross-sector experience
- Track record of delivering projects valued at £1m–£5m or more
- Industrial and Logistics sector experience, or relevant sector experience, highly desirable
- Professionally qualified in the field (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or holding a relevant Construction/Property-related degree
- Hands-on experience structuring and administering JCT contracts, specifically with Design & Build elements
- Strong knowledge of UK legislative systems and regulatory bodies, including Building Control and Planning
- Strong personnel management and leadership capabilities
- Highly developed reporting and analytical skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to travel nationally to oversee site operations
- Exceptional organisation, communication and presentation skills
- Technical competency through the various stages of design and development (RIBA)
- Knowledge of Building Regulations, Planning, and Contract Management (JCT D&B)
