About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, document, and deploy Epic solution functionality
  • Build, test, and maintain features according to specifications and requirements
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues
  • Optimize system performance and end-user satisfaction
  • Collaborate across departments on project implementations
  • Address member maintenance issues
  • Create and optimize technical documentation
  • Drive process improvement and cross-functional knowledge sharing
  • Develop technical design, analysis, and system enhancement competencies
  • Support Go-Live installations and training when required
  • Travel to member organizations as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
  • Work history in Healthcare IT is required
  • Epic EpicCare Ambulatory and Wisdom certification is required
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Certified Epic Applications Analyst preferred/ideal requirement
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ambulatory build is required
  • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members, end users, and SMEs
  • Integrity and accountability
  • Process- and detail-oriented, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented
  • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview
  • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment
