Coordinate and deliver integrated products and services from preferred technology partners to member organizations
Lead and coordinate assigned projects from initiation to completion
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable implementation plans
Assess impacts of proposed changes and recommend improvements
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, external vendors, and member organizations
Facilitate meetings and maintain transparent communication
Produce clear project documentation
Evaluate workflows and operational processes for improvement opportunities
Lead or contribute to initiatives that streamline operations, enhance system functionality, and improve service delivery
Provide subject matter expertise on supported products and systems
Share knowledge, mentor less experienced team members, and support continuous learning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Project Coordinator, or Business Analyst role, or project management experience including presenting/meetings, communications, and tracking progress from beginning to end
Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment
High-speed internet service
Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace
Travel required up to 20% nationally for on-site Go Live support based on business requirements
COVID-19 vaccination required as a condition of employment, or approved medical/religious exemption before hire date
