About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and coordinate assigned projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable implementation plans
- Assess impacts of proposed changes and provide operational recommendations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, external vendors, and member organizations
- Facilitate meetings, maintain communication, and produce project documentation
- Evaluate workflows and operational processes for improvement opportunities
- Lead or contribute to initiatives that streamline operations, enhance system functionality, and improve service delivery
- Provide subject matter expertise on supported products and systems
- Share knowledge, mentor less experienced team members, and support continuous learning
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Project Coordinator, or Business Analyst role preferred
- Experience managing projects, including presentations, meetings, communications, and tracking progress from beginning to end preferred
- Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual home-office environment
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as computers and mobile devices
- Ability to travel by air, vehicle, or train as required
