Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, aligning timelines, priorities, and outcomes to organizational goals
Manage resources and workload by balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of project milestones
Facilitate communication for diverse audiences, provide project updates, and guide stakeholders through risks and decisions
Collaborate with members, teams, and vendors to resolve challenges and ensure successful project outcomes
Analyze and identify improvement opportunities by optimizing processes, promoting best practices, and driving continuous improvement
Support scoping and execution of Epic implementations and enhancements, third-party vendor implementations, and internal initiatives
Create and execute project plans
Consult senior leadership and gather and analyze data for potential integrations
Support efficient delivery of integrated products and services
Travel for go-live installations or training as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, business analysis, or technical solution roles preferred
Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects, preferably in healthcare, IT, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with Epic or other EHR systems, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is a plus
PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification preferred
Epic certification or healthcare-related credentials (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus but not required
Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English
Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment
High Speed Internet Service
Ability to work in a distraction free workplace
Ability to travel nationally, up to 20% for on-site Go Live support based on business requirements
COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required before hire date
