About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, develop, and implement member-specific training plans as part of pre-Go-Live activities
- Manage the learning experience of end users from Epic implementation through post-Go-Live
- Collaborate with executives, member coordinators, Learning Analysts, service areas, leadership, and OCHIN stakeholders
- Transfer organizational knowledge to trainers in preparation for training delivery
- Serve as a liaison between service areas, members, and OCHIN
- Assess training needs and coordinate implementation efforts
- Develop and deliver training materials
- Communicate prerequisites and manage training logistics, including licenses, login credentials, and equipment setup
- Track participation, gather feedback, and report on training effectiveness
- Assess site readiness and establish training goals
- Conduct site visits and support post-implementation training
- Manage training schedules and enroll participants in the OCHIN Open Institute
- Coordinate intern/extern placements
- Develop key performance indicators for training delivery success
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in education, Healthcare, Science, Business Management, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in EPIC EMR required
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in coordination, logistics, strategy, or project management preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Travel up to 20% is required
- Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview
- Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English
- Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment
- High-speed internet service
- Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace
- Employees must be vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine or receive an approved medical or religious exemption before the hire date
- Must be available for on-camera virtual meetings
- Ability to travel nationally by air, vehicle, or train as required
