About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join Ochsner Health System’s expanding Department of Otorhinolaryngology
- Laryngologist: provide patient-centered care for voice, airway, and swallowing disorders through the Voice Center in New Orleans
- Participate in a robust clinical practice
- Provide resident and medical student education
- Potentially conduct clinical research
- Comprehensive otolaryngologist: provide medical and surgical care for a range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders
- Work within a group practice with established referral patterns and ancillary support
- Serve patients in regions including Slidell, St. Bernard, and Baton Rouge
Requirements
What you’ll need- Board-certified/board-eligible applicants
- Laryngologist: fellowship-trained in laryngology
- Comprehensive otolaryngologist: ability to provide medical and surgical care for disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
- For laryngology role: expertise in voice, airway, and swallowing disorders
- Ability to participate in resident and medical student education
- Potential involvement in clinical research
