Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience working with little supervision required
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field accepted in lieu of required experience
  • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals
  • Knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to be self-directed
  • Ability to travel throughout and between facilities
  • Must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or MBA
