About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise staff, assign tasks, and check work at regular intervals
- Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures in assigned work areas
- Check payroll, bank, statutory remittance, final pay, intra-transferee salary, and BIR Alpha Listing reports
- Undertake annual staff performance reviews, facilitation, and evaluation
- Discuss and finalize sourcing schedules with the Recruitment In-Charge
- Conduct preliminary interviews, consolidate assessments, and make recommendations
- Review job offers for selected applicants
- Conduct assigned topics during new-employee General Orientation
- Handle employee disciplinary procedures
- Organize company events and recreational activities
- Administer the medical program and initiate medical benefit review and annual Group Hospitalization Plan renewal
- Support cost simulations for company bonuses, annual merit increases, and 13th month pay
- Prepare policy and guideline drafts for GM-HR review and approval
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
- Manage end-to-end learning and development processes, from TNS and TNA through facilitation and post-program analysis
- Handle cultural trainings and non-HR topics and initiatives
- Generate post-program analytics and meaningful training insights
- Provide actionable recommendations and propose value-adding programs based on TNS results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferably Psychology graduate or Human Resource and the like
- Must have a minimum of 3 year experience as HR Supervisor in all facets of HR (General HR/Generalist)
- L & D background is an additional requirement
