Key responsibilities & impact

Strategically identify, qualify, and recruit high-performing trade and installation companies for the B2B portfolio
Establish new partners within the OES ecosystem in a structured manner
Ensure understanding of quality, safety, and process standards
Further develop onboarding frameworks, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Build and maintain relationships with owners, managing directors, and project managers at partner companies
Monitor partner performance and track KPIs
Analyze bottlenecks and agree on binding optimization measures
Lead the heat pump partner network operationally and strategically while driving its quantitative and qualitative growth

What you’ll need

Several years of demonstrable success in B2B Partner Management, Senior Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development
Experience in the HVAC sector is advantageous but not required
Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and scalable processes
Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills when engaging with decision-makers
Ability to consistently enforce performance targets
Strong hands-on mentality
Ambition to measurably optimize onboarding and performance management processes
Confidence working at the interface with senior internal stakeholders
