Serve as a bridge across the full stack, building end-to-end capabilities and helping frontend developers learn backend/infrastructure and vice versa
Own features end-to-end and deliver reliable, production-ready code with autonomy
Shape architecture for new projects and refactor existing codebases
Vet AI-generated outputs, catch edge cases, and maintain long-term frontend code health
Communicate technical ideas clearly and concisely
Maintain automated CI/CD workflows and production monitoring
Work with product managers and designers to identify efficient ways to ship value
Design and build platform architecture, data integrations, and automations for scaling low-carbon technology installations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience with the listed stack
Experience developing strong solutions from problems rather than strict guidelines
Confidence owning the full development cycle: requirements gathering, technical proposal, execution, deployment, and monitoring
Confidence tackling large-scale tasks individually
Empathetic approach to delegating work and collaborating
Ability to develop websites meeting strong accessibility guidelines
Experience building scalable, performant, high-traffic sites
Eagerness to drive cross-functional work across frontend, backend, DevOps, and infrastructure
Experience with AI workflows and tooling, including harnesses, custom agent skills, MCP integrations, and token minimisation strategies
