About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take full ownership of the platform's health, governance, and evolution
- Manage, configure, and maintain production and sandbox environments, including access control, storage, and SSO configuration
- Track seasonal releases, perform impact analyses, evaluate deprecations, and ensure continuous platform compliance
- Lead and coordinate security audits and serve as the direct technical contact for support
- Implement proactive monitoring tools and processes to detect, anticipate, and resolve incidents before business impact
- Contribute technical expertise during incident resolution and participate in the postmortem-to-prevention loop
- Turn incident learnings into engineering standards, including timeouts, retries, idempotency, and runbooks
- Validate system resilience through disaster recovery drills and failover tests
- Handle development user stories and configuration tasks during variable administrative workload cycles
- Maintain and optimize release management scripts and CI/CD pipelines
- Use modern AI tools for code analysis, rapid prototyping, unit testing, and system documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, combining advanced administration with hands-on development
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, native SF CLI)
- Understanding of reliability concepts: measuring Service Level Indicators (SLIs), targeting Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and understanding Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Deep setup knowledge, security controls, profile architecture, and environment management
- Practical development experience with Apex, SOQL, and Flows
- Self-driven initiative to take full accountability over the platform environment and monitoring
- Disciplined mindset focused on clean code, testing protocols, and systematic release processes
- Proactive problem solver capable of challenging the status quo and anticipating system limitations
- Versatile communicator comfortable collaborating with technical engineers, business stakeholders, and vendor support
- Full professional proficiency in both English and French
- Based in Paris (75002), France
