About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own affiliate revenue, CPA discipline, payback period, and LTV targets
  • Run the channel using contribution margin and LTV:CAC, analyzing cohort retention and reallocating spend
  • Lead the affiliate and partnerships program across all three markets
  • Manage creator sourcing, platforms, gifting and PR, and partnerships
  • Drive US market entry with a strategic focus on TikTok and TikTok Shop
  • Build and manage the creator lifecycle from customer to top-tier creator
  • Own onboarding throughput and develop the mid-tail creator roster
  • Build whitelisting and creator-asset pipelines for paid social
  • Measure blended CAC impact alongside affiliate revenue
  • Use creators for product seeding and cross-selling, including the Pantry line
  • Own sampling, farmers markets, festivals, community events, pop-ups, retail activations, creator trips, and creator-house programming
  • Design and test scalable creator compensation models and manage rate-card negotiations
  • Own the affiliate stack and run holdouts and geo tests to assess incrementality
  • Manage and work alongside the affiliate team while carrying an individual workload
  • Deliver data-backed weekly and bi-weekly leadership reporting with insights and recommendations
  • Retain and grow top-performing creator relationships and actively manage concentration risk

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-10 years in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships marketing, with direct ownership of a revenue number
  • DTC or e-commerce CPG preferred
  • Experience building or rebuilding a program
  • Fluency in CAC, blended CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, contribution margin, and retention by cohort
  • US launch experience and fluency in TikTok Shop strategy strongly preferred
  • Experience running offline activations and creator trips
  • Experience using creators to launch or grow a secondary SKU
  • Experience managing or closely mentoring marketers
  • Strong stakeholder communication and ability to present data-backed points of view to leadership
  • Fluency with Upfluence, AWIN, Impact, Roster, Triple Whale, or equivalents
  • Comfortable building AI and automation into own workflow
  • Operator's reliability: owning commitments end to end, flagging risk early, and stopping ineffective work
