About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Global Operations leadership to drive engagement, performance, and overall client success
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, strategic insight, and problem-solving
  • Translate client policies and priorities across internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute account strategies supporting growth, retention, and profitability
  • Identify issues early and lead effective, solutions-focused resolution
  • Collaborate with Client Solutions to evaluate, customize, and evolve client mobility policies
  • Identify and support consultative growth opportunities across Odyssey products and services
  • Leverage data to monitor performance, uncover insights, and deliver actionable reporting on service levels, revenue, and billing
  • Ensure compliance with data access, handling, storage, and applicable data privacy regulations
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, proposals, and contract discussions
  • Advocate for clients with suppliers and partner with Odyssey Supply Chain to resolve issues
  • Support budgeting and financial planning with Operations leadership
  • Lead special projects and new client implementations for successful launches and long-term partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Expertise working with global multinational clients and driving/designing mobility strategy aligned with clients’ business objectives
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Responsive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate cross-departmentally
  • Innovative, resourceful, and able to manage stress and pressure
  • Clear, concise, and comprehensive written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Flexibility with the ability to plan and organize
  • International compensation knowledge helpful
  • Customer advocacy and superior customer-service skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is essential
  • Minimum 7 years of global mobility experience
  • At least 5 years in client-facing account management or client relations roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in account management and consultative soft sales skills
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented capabilities
  • Ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements
  • High level of accuracy and disciplined, detail-oriented approach
  • Proven project and portfolio management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with a hands-on and adaptable approach
