About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations across the organization’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Administer and configure Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune
  • Manage tenant-wide settings, licensing, service health, and change implementation
  • Build automated workflows using Power Automate, Graph API, webhooks, and service connectors
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 with HRIS, ERP, CRM, security, and productivity systems
  • Create automated provisioning and deprovisioning processes using directory synchronization and multiple identity providers
  • Administer and govern Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Power Platform services
  • Manage environments, licensing, capacity, connectors, DLP policies, and platform security controls
  • Establish governance standards supporting business-led app development and compliance
  • Monitor platform health, usage, and adoption; recommend improvements
  • Implement Entra ID integrations including SSO, SCIM provisioning, conditional access, and group-based policy automation
  • Support identity lifecycle integrations for onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and access certifications
  • Design integration pathways to improve data flow, reduce redundancy, and increase operational efficiency
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using M365 tools, SIEM platforms, and audit capabilities
  • Maintain integration architecture, workflow, dependency, and change documentation
  • Diagnose and resolve integration failures, data mismatches, API errors, permission issues, and workflow exceptions
  • Serve as an escalation point for M365, Power Platform, identity, security, and interoperability issues
  • Partner with vendors on complex platform or connector issues
  • Translate business needs into technical integration requirements
  • Support user adoption through documentation, training, and change management
  • Participate in data modernization, automation, workflow redesign, and system migration projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Ability to obtain clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4–6+ years of experience in systems integration, cloud administration, or enterprise IT
  • Microsoft certifications (MS‑900, SC‑300, AZ‑104, PL‑300, PL‑400)
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID identity management, and Power Platform administration and governance
  • Experience building and managing APIs, connectors, automation flows, and cross-system data interactions
  • Solid understanding of OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect, SCIM bridges, and security controls
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Preferred experience supporting hybrid environments, multi-site organizations, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks, audit logging, incident response workflows, and enterprise security tools
  • Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit, Managed Environments, and application lifecycle management (ALM)
  • Familiarity with JSON, XML, and RESTful services
  • Experience administering or integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Background in process automation or enterprise application architecture is a plus
  • Secret clearance preferred
