About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, build, and maintain high-quality technology solutions that enhance customer experiences
Collaborate with lead engineers to translate user stories and functional requirements into resilient and secure technical designs
Work within an Agile development team alongside the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and fellow team members
Implement production-ready application code using Java and/or Golang
Design and integrate Cloud IaaS and PaaS services, including compute, databases, messaging, and object storage
Ensure application SLAs are met through appropriate monitoring, alerting, and maintenance processes
Integrate AI services, large language models, or machine-learning capabilities into modern applications
Pursue professional development through organizational learning opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree or equivalent experience
Computer Science or Engineering discipline; graduate degree preferred
Minimum 7 years of experience
7–10 years of development experience in Java, Golang, or a similar language preferred
At least 3 years of experience with a major public cloud platform (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
2+ years of experience with containerized applications such as Kubernetes or Docker
Experience setting up cloud services end-to-end and applying core networking practices
Strong proficiency in NodeJS and Python
Experience with SQL and document-based databases
Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements
Familiarity with Dynatrace logging and application monitoring
Experience implementing circuit breakers, retries, and fail-safe code
Expertise in designing and integrating interactive services
Java EE and/or Golang
Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Vertx, and GraphQL
Git
Ability to create unit, performance, and integration tests using JUnit, JMeter/k6, and Postman/Newman
Kubernetes and/or Docker
NoSQL databases such as Couchbase, MongoDB, or Elastic
RDBMS such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or Oracle
HTTP
Linux/Unix basics
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Team player, detail-oriented, and strong communicator
AI-driven project experience is a plus
