About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate customer needs into system features and manage their development
- Oversee day-to-day management of Product Master Data products and services
- Conduct research and analysis to build and maintain a product roadmap
- Shape strategy for master data systems and processes within Merchandising Operations
- Work cross-functionally with business areas, stakeholders, and leadership
- Identify manual or inefficient processes and implement AI, automation, or system enhancements
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows for audits, reporting, and file delivery
- Monitor schedules and automations, resolve failures, and test changes before production release
- Provide subject matter expertise for production support issues
- Translate policies into data-quality checks, controls, and workflows
- Develop user stories and conduct user testing and validation
- Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog
- Set priorities and product development cycles while balancing value, risk, and urgency
- Participate in Scrum events including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups
- Develop, maintain, and deliver a roadmap aligned with company initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or Project Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience providing application requirements for UI/UX and workflows
- Experience with master data applications and data models
- Experience with virtual machine automation and scheduling
- Process and continuous improvement experience
- Experience writing AI user prompts within AI tools
- Advanced expertise in SQL Server, Excel, Microsoft Project, and other Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Basic understanding of programming logic and structure
- Facilitation, problem-solving, analytical, organization, and project management skills
- Agile, LEAN, Six Sigma, or related process methodology certifications strongly preferred
