About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic planning and execution for new services initiatives
- Drive merchandising actions required for new service launches
- Build high-level project plans with cross-functional milestones and supporting financials
- Create and refine processes and drive delivery against objectives, timelines, and operational requirements
- Launch quickly, pilot early, anticipate obstacles, and develop practical solutions
- Build partnerships with vendors, suppliers, internal coworkers, and cross-functional teams
- Drive issue resolution, process improvements, and program enhancements
- Build go-to-market plans that drive foot traffic, product adoption, and sales growth
- Deliver marketing collateral, sales training guidance, and customer support materials
- Develop and execute multi-category and product strategies
- Use market and consumer insights to represent the voice of the customer
- Track and analyze performance metrics and drive data-driven decisions
- Build trackers and reporting frameworks with Merchandising Planning & Analysis
- Run an operating cadence supporting follow-through, escalation, and accountability

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience
- Retail and merchandising experience
- New product introduction experience
- Business portfolio management and long-term planning experience
- Multi-program oversight across categories, with executive collaboration
- Proven track record of owning and executing programs and roadmaps
- Program and project management experience
- Partnership and vendor management experience
