About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report to the Business Operations Lead
- Partner with every part of the leadership team and work wherever the company needs support
- Build the revenue operations function for Client Solutions and Sales
- Own goal setting, performance tracking, weekly book-of-business and pipeline reviews, CRM, and reporting
- Build materials and drive adoption for newly launched tools
- Build the first business analytics function
- Provide commercial insight for planning, offsites, and strategy
- Turn raw data into recommendations and help execute them
- Identify rote work and automate it across teams
- Help redesign team structures and the information ecosystem for AI
- Partner with Finance on compensation plans, pricing, discounting, incentives, and margin
- Own renewals, including usage reporting, QBRs for largest clients, and renewal and upsell plans
- Conduct market research and TAM sizing
- Support new product and market launches
- Turn early traction into repeatable processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- AI-native approach to operations and AI usage
- Strong curiosity and ability to reason by metaphor and analogy
- High ownership and resourcefulness
- Structured and rigorous problem-solving ability
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of SQL or eagerness to master it
- Commercial instinct and understanding of sales incentives
- Executive presence
- 2–4 years in management consulting, investment banking, or an analytically rigorous role such as strategy and operations, analytics, or data science at a high-growth company
- Bonus experience with a B2B marketplace, professional services firm, or expert network
- Bonus experience owning an operating cadence such as operating reviews, planning, or OKRs
- Bonus experience with account management, renewals, or QBRs
- Bonus experience with CRM tools such as Attio and BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Omni
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Willing and able to work out of San Francisco, California, in a hybrid arrangement
