About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and ship customer-facing features in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Partner closely with design and product, including work in the API layer when useful
Own frontend performance, accessibility, and responsive behavior across devices
Extend and maintain component patterns for product consistency
Use AI coding tools to prototype and ship quickly
Build fast, polished marketing-site pages that perform well in search
Establish frontend standards, tooling, and practices as the team grows

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years building and shipping production web applications
Deep React and TypeScript experience
Product-minded approach to interface decisions
Strong attention to typography, spacing, motion, and micro-interactions
Experience owning frontend quality, including performance, accessibility, and responsive behavior
Experience using AI coding tools
Ability to communicate with designers, product managers, and engineers and balance tradeoffs
Experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, SWR, Zod, react-hook-form, Storybook, Jest, Turborepo, GitHub, Slack, Notion, Figma, Linear, Node.js, MongoDB, OpenSearch, and Temporal
Experience building and maintaining a design system or component library is a bonus
Hands-on experience with Claude Code or Codex is a bonus
Experience with data-heavy interfaces, complex tables, or admin tooling is a bonus
Experience with motion and animation or high-performing marketing sites is a bonus
Work samples or a portfolio is a bonus
