About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive adoption, retention and revenue for the product area against agreed goals
- Build the roadmap and business cases with guidance from senior product leadership
- Define requirements, prioritize and ship with the Product Designer, Engineering Lead and cross-functional team
- Talk to customers regularly and use research, analytics and experiments to decide what to build
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
- Shape positioning and messaging, support deals and key customer conversations
- Drive adoption and retention and bring market feedback into the roadmap
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS
- Examples of metrics you moved and the decisions behind them
- Business acumen: comfortable building a business case and discussing revenue and retention
- An entrepreneurial mindset and agile execution
- Strong customer focus, data fluency and collaboration across engineering, design and go-to-market
- Comfortable in a small team and wearing multiple hats, including go-to-market and hands-on UX design work
- Nice to have: entrepreneurial experience (founding or early-stage startup)
- Nice to have: experience in workplace, facilities or HR tech, or with integrations and partnerships
