Warehouse Coordinator: Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, including loading and unloading
Warehouse Coordinator: Process inventory and maintain stock accuracy within warehouse systems
Warehouse Coordinator: Support picking and packing operations within automated fulfilment areas
Warehouse Coordinator: Coordinate putaway, replenishment, dispatch, sortation, and pallet wrapping activities
Warehouse Coordinator: Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues to maintain service levels
Warehouse Coordinator: Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 20kg when required
Warehouse Coordinator: Support general warehouse operations and process improvement initiatives
Warehouse Coordinator: Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment
Inventory Specialist: Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across the Distribution Centre
Inventory Specialist: Conduct cycle counts and investigate stock discrepancies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Warehouse Coordinator: Demonstrated experience training, onboarding and coaching team members on operational processes and safe work practices
Warehouse Coordinator: Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across distribution centre operations departments
Warehouse Coordinator: Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, or logistics environment
Warehouse Coordinator: Intermediate computer skills across Microsoft Office applications
Warehouse Coordinator: Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Warehouse Coordinator: Proactive, “can-do” attitude
Warehouse Coordinator: Forklift licence desirable
Inventory Specialist: Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing or distribution
Inventory Specialist: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Inventory Specialist: Experience using WMS or inventory management systems
Inventory Specialist: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Inventory Specialist: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
