About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the quarterly goal-setting process and hold KPI owners accountable to their targets
Oversee all aspects of people operations, from recruitment to off-boarding
Lead, coach and develop a team of eight, including regular one-on-ones and performance reviews
Run cross-team initiatives end-to-end, including planning, delegation, work assignment and progress reporting
Own the operational cost base, including vendor/freelancer contracts, tooling spend and budget decisions up to a set limit
Foster company culture and internal communication
Organise company retreats and run workshops
Maintain the company handbook
Monitor operational performance and flag issues before they become problems

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least Bachelor's degree; open to both Arts and Science degrees
Strong analytical skills
Proven track record in a small company (10 to 30 employees)
Excellent project management skills
German speaker at least level C2
Fluent in English
Capable of multitasking, prioritising effectively, and solving problems in a dynamic environment
Strong leadership, management and decision-making skills
Ability to drive results and foster a collaborative team environment
Must be based in Switzerland
Must already hold a work permit for Switzerland
