  • Identify tools and resources for creative project solutions
  • Collaborate with executive sponsors and stakeholders
  • Participate in committees, councils, administrative teams, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
  • Clinical setting: RN license or license in a health-related field
  • Clinical setting: Nursing degree or other health-related field
  • Clinical setting: 1–3 years of experience
  • Non-clinical setting: Bachelor's Degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Workforce Development, Education, or similar field
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, proofreading, and editing abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and the ADDIE method
  • Knowledge of rapid eLearning development tools such as Articulate Rise is preferred
