About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintains visual observation of patients at all times
  • Verbally redirects patient over digital 2-way audio device in the patient room
  • Immediately summons nursing staff if the patient requires assistance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School or GED (Required)
  • BLS to be completed in orientation
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to focus on a particular subject or task for an extended period of time
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize patient care information to formulate patient specific care recommendations
  • Minimum of one years Experience in healthcare or service related industry is preferred
