About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement and evaluate new and existing Continuing Studies and Corporate Training programs and courses for contract training
Identify and develop prospective corporate training clientele
Design, develop, and evaluate new courses
Develop proposals and training solutions aligned with client requirements
Support day-to-day operations, including schedules, room bookings, registration data, and subject-matter experts
Recruit, select, supervise, and evaluate CSCT instructors
Serve as the first point of contact for client and student concerns
Build the corporate client base through business development, needs analysis, opportunity identification, and training recommendations
Manage client and stakeholder relationships
Plan, schedule, and implement existing courses and programs
Liaise with businesses, service providers, government organizations, and not-for-profits
Negotiate and execute service agreements with community and corporate partners
Collaborate with portfolios, institutions, organizations, and businesses to deliver programs
Develop plans, annual budgets, promotional plans, and operational proposals
Monitor revenue, expenditures, budgets, trends, forecasts, and projections
Prepare instructor staffing forms
Address client and student concerns, complaints, and suggestions in a timely manner
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Diploma or degree in a related area, with particular emphasis on data/software and emerging technologies, sales, business, technical writing, project management or instructional design
2 to 5 years related experience, preferably in sales, industry, the private sector, or technology
Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and take initiative with limited supervision/direction
Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with internal and external contacts
Flexible, extremely detail-oriented, and able to manage high work volume and conflicting priorities to meet deadlines
Demonstrated project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem solver
Strong budgeting and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AI products, training software, and survey software
Ability to generate and analyze reports
