About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a primary liaison for clients, keeping them updated on progress and handling day-to-day queries
  • Support the preparation and submission of statutory accounts and tax returns by coordinating client information and tracking deadlines
  • Ensure all Companies House and HMRC filing deadlines are met
  • Manage Company Secretarial responsibilities and maintain statutory records
  • Keep internal systems accurate and up to date
  • Support billing, document processing, and general compliance administration
  • Set up clients correctly on systems and portals, providing help and troubleshooting as needed
  • Work with colleagues across the firm to drive consistency in client service processes
  • Cover reception and handle post/scanning duties when required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior experience in customer service within a professional setting
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Confidence working with online systems such as CRMs, document portals and accounting platforms
  • A proactive and flexible approach, able to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
