Lead the design, preparation, and coordination of strategic projects within OML
Lead development and implementation of functional and business-area strategy
Create, govern, and deliver substantial programs or portfolios
Produce and approve integrated program and project plans
Develop project- and program-management frameworks and tools
Ensure project and program governance, roles, responsibilities, and compliance
Communicate strategy and motivate teams to achieve business goals
Develop annual business plans, budgets, headcount plans, and business cases
Identify and manage senior stakeholders and coordinate engagement plans
Set and manage area budgets aligned with organizational strategy
Manage and report on functional performance and hold direct reports accountable
