About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead sales and business development efforts for the Enterprise Services Division
  • Grow Enterprise Agency Services by improving market position with strategic and existing national accounts
  • Coordinate sales and marketing of services for large multi-state agency relationships
  • Prepare annual sales forecasts and identify product and service opportunities
  • Assist with competitive state challenges and responses to competitor-driven challenges
  • Negotiate contract pricing and facilitate drafting contracts and agreements with national agents
  • Promote and support enterprise agency solutions for state and key account title agents
  • Coordinate research on market conduct, customs, practices, and legal and regulatory issues affecting national agents
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing accounts to grow volume, market share, and profit
  • Analyze customer requirements and create customized solutions using company products and services
  • Identify and convert qualified prospects to new customers
  • Develop selling propositions, sales pitches, proposals, and customized client presentations
  • Schedule and conduct account meetings to gather information, determine needs, and present solutions
  • Coordinate targeted marketing campaigns and client appreciation events
  • Train agents on new Old Republic resources
  • Attend industry functions, association events, and conferences to develop business networks
  • Develop and implement new products and production methods for national and multi-state business
  • Develop account coverage plans with Enterprise Client Success Manager and Account Manager
  • Track and record customer sales activity in Salesforce weekly
  • Maintain quarterly sales business plans, account lists, and revenue forecasts
  • Assist with agency contracts, amendments, addenda, commission splits, and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with divisional, regional, and state managers and internal and external colleagues
  • Ensure timely completion of RFIs and RFPs
  • Complete sales reports, client setup, forecasts, expense reports, and other assignments
  • Review account audits, monitor revenue performance, and follow up on audit findings
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and mandatory compliance training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum 10-year background in title insurance industry with roles in sales, underwriting operations, or escrow and settlement practices
  • Experience in title agency management and client relationships
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in ADB, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, CoPilot or AI platforms, PowerBI, and Salesforce
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment while successfully performing under extreme time constraints and meets prescribed deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and business analysis skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to act independently with sound judgment and take initiative
  • Written and verbal communications are clear, grammatically correct and business appropriate
  • Ability to work during scheduled or core business hours, Monday through Friday
  • Dependable, reliable and punctual attendance, including possible in-office attendance or attendance at company, industry or other events outside regular business hours
  • Ability to accept supervision and direction, as well as constructive feedback
  • Courtesy, flexibility, professionalism, and proactive responsiveness to supervisor/manager, co-workers and customer needs and expectations
