About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Health Coaching’s strategy and business planning
  • Lead data-driven continuous-improvement efforts
  • Translate priorities into actionable operating plans and measurable improvements
  • Manage strategic roadmaps, business priorities, governance plans, schedules, success criteria, and milestones
  • Develop solutions, identify owners, set deadlines, and track program progress
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting Care Teams, member experience, and strategic or product goals
  • Build relationships and partner with Care Delivery, Clinical, Strategic Finance, Legal, HR, and Engineering/Product/Design teams
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, and provide escalation management
  • Drive programs end-to-end and implement continuous improvements and new workflows
  • Facilitate stakeholder decision-making and alignment
  • Present data-driven proposals and communicate risks and mitigation plans
  • Develop Care Team training materials, knowledge bases, SOPs, business cases, and presentation decks
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess needs, scope projects, evaluate processes, and identify opportunities
  • Develop custom metrics and business insights, build business cases for new metrics, and create feedback loops

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of program management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • MBA or Masters degree in a related field (bonus)
  • PMP or CSM certification (bonus)
  • Healthcare-related certification or license (bonus)
  • Lean or Kaizen certification (bonus)
