Key responsibilities & impact

Lead implementation and champion adoption of Omnissa Workspace ONE solutions for major customers
Gather and analyze customer requirements to create architectural designs
Plan private and public cloud compute infrastructure and recommend configurations
Validate deployments and enhance operations strategies
Develop customer implementation and adoption roadmaps
Serve as a trusted advisor and develop knowledge of customers’ business and strategic goals
Lead technical project teams and take accountability for project deliverables
Manage post-sales implementation activities with customers and Omnissa employees
Articulate solution designs integrating technical and business concepts
Present transformational journeys to project stakeholders
Manage customer expectations and collaborate with Project Managers on project plans
Facilitate collaboration among technical teams, system administrators, business leaders, and executives
Challenge delivery processes and identify end-user-computing trends
Assist with go-to-market strategies and new or revised service offerings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technology-related 4-year degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
Experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE platform
Technical, consulting, business, and leadership skills
Ability to gather and analyze customer requirements
Ability to create architectural designs involving private and public cloud compute infrastructure
Ability to recommend and plan configurations
Ability to validate deployments and enhance operations strategies
Ability to lead technical project teams and own project deliverables
Ability to articulate solution designs and present transformational journeys to stakeholders
Ability to manage customer expectations and create project plans with realistic timelines
Knowledge of adjacent technologies such as Omnissa Horizon, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Okta, and EntraID
In-depth knowledge of operating systems management for Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android
Willingness to travel as needed depending on customer demand
Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment-based immigration sponsorship is not available
