About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Record, value, and reconcile inventory balances in SAP according to accounting rules
- Execute monthly and annual closing activities related to stock valuation and adjustments
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative inventory analyses
- Identify variances and investigate root causes
- Collaborate with Refinery and Logistics to clarify stock differences and ensure data quality
- Prepare management reports on stock levels, price developments, and cost impacts
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and explanations
- Perform internal control system checks
- Monitor and validate material price flows and costing logic, including standard cost, weighted average, and FIFO
- Contribute to process optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Logistics
- More than 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Highly reliable and accurate working style
- IT affinity, including SAP MM and FI
- Hands-on mentality
- Analytical skills
- Process-oriented thinking
- Service orientation
- Open-mindedness toward continuous change and development
- Fluency in English
