About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer Performance Management, Succession Planning, Recognition, and Compensation processes
- Provide day-to-day operational assistance and respond to employee, manager, People Services, and P&C inquiries
- Provide guidance on HR processes, systems, and policies
- Maintain and update HR systems for performance, talent, and compensation
- Ensure HR data integrity, resolve system issues, and support system improvements
- Prepare data, update talent profiles, and maintain documentation for succession planning
- Administer recognition programs in compliance with internal regulations
- Prepare and deliver operational reports and analytics for Talent & Performance decision-making
- Support the annual compensation cycle, including merit, variable pay, and performance-related reward processes
- Maintain accurate, accessible compensation documentation and process records
- Collaborate with Payroll, Performance, and Recognition teams to execute compensation outcomes consistently
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Previous experience in HR operations, talent management, performance management, or compensation support is an advantage
- Strong data accuracy and analytical skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with high confidentiality
- Experience with HRIS systems, such as SuccessFactors or similar talent, performance, or compensation modules
- Very good organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously
- Good communication and customer service orientation
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and documentation
- Detail-oriented approach ensuring compliance, accuracy, and consistency
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to contribute to optimization and automation initiatives
- Fluency in English
- German is an additional language advantage
