About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee financial performance and reporting across venue hospitality programs
  • Produce reports summarizing venue hospitality performance for recurring meetings with Product and Production leadership
  • Support journal preparation and review for balance sheet and income statement adjustments
  • Perform venue income statement variance analysis against budget, forecast, and actuals
  • Partner with Product to analyze and adapt commercial offerings to market demands and sales performance
  • Manage a small team of analysts to deliver business projects and objectives
  • Assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end close requests
  • Assist with preparation and maintenance of key business processes and controls
  • Support settlement of the LA28 Olympic Games
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive finance or FP&A experience
  • Accounting or Finance degree required; CPA a plus
  • Strong analytical and technical accounting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to learn and digest new things quickly
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Passion for international environment
