About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive company revenue goals by positioning Attain Digital’s Salesforce Innovation, Data & Analytics, and strategic transformation services to the higher education sector
  • Develop new business opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Find, scope, estimate, and close new business using a collaborative solution-selling approach and comprehensive sales methodology
  • Lead creation and management
  • Conduct sales discovery and qualification
  • Identify business pain points and objectives
  • Develop solutions using Salesforce ecosystem, data, and strategy service capabilities
  • Access multiple buyers
  • Build proposals, RFPs, and Statements of Work
  • Lead and deliver sales presentations when appropriate
  • Guide clients through procurement
  • Manage accounts on an ongoing basis
  • Build customer relationships as a trusted advisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7+ years in a professional services sales environment managing complex sales with multiple stakeholder groups/organizations
  • Deep expertise in at least three of: service selling, technology sales, navigating deals larger than $1M
  • Formal sales methodology
  • Large account management best practices
  • Ability to interact with customer executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs
  • Ability to think critically and analytically
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Previous higher education sector experience (desired)
  • Previous experience in the Salesforce customer/partner/delivery ecosystem (desired)
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Experience supporting sales and business development
  • Flexibility to travel periodically based on business and client needs
