About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist clients in building calendars and financial consoles in their CTMS and making strategic decisions
- Assist clients in negotiating clinical trial budgets and implementing related strategies
- Manage post-award clinical trial finances
- Provide regulatory support, including IRB submissions
- Develop relationships with client staff
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise related to major business functions
- Lead consulting and client personnel in identifying, quantifying, and implementing strategic recommendations
- Lead development and implementation of surveys, interview questionnaires, and client presentation deliverables
- Lead team efforts to develop solutions to client challenges
- Support new business development
- Communicate effectively with varied audiences, including C-suite client leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience working with research institutions within clinical trials
- Ability to work collaboratively in a project team
- Ability to stay current in certifications, training, and industry trends and practices
- Entrepreneurial approach to improving the organization
- Ability to recognize personal skills, abilities, limitations, and strengths and pursue developmental activities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Presentation experience
- Experience managing and leading teams
- Experience building calendars and financials in OnCore or other clinical trial management systems (CTMS), budget negotiation, regulatory support, and clinical trial post-award management (desired)
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients (desired)
