About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-impact strategy projects across enterprise transformation, IT modernization, and organizational design
Conduct ERP readiness assessments and develop roadmaps
Advise clients on ERP-related decisions within broader transformation efforts
Collaborate with executives to define vision, evaluate options, and align technology investments with mission outcomes
Lead workshops, interviews, and executive briefings to build stakeholder consensus
Manage project teams’ delivery to scope and schedule across ERP implementation timelines, including design, data validation, testing, change management, and cutover activities
Help clients contextualize ERP challenges and decisions using relevant experience, product expertise, and practical solutions
Facilitate decision-making and clarify rationale and expected benefits
Collaborate with ERP transformation, Salesforce implementation, data services, change management, and strategy teams
Support methodology development, thought leadership, proposal writing, business development, and internal capability building

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in management or consulting, with exposure to ERP-related projects
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
Knowledge of and strategic experience with Workday or Oracle
Demonstrated projects in at least one solution area: Finance, HCM, or Student
Experience working with mission-driven organizations preferred
Ability to lead client engagements independently and collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree required
Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
Experience supporting sales and business development
Flexibility to travel periodically based on business and client needs
Advanced degree or certifications such as PMP, Prosci, or ERP-specific certifications are a plus
