About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Convert data from PeopleSoft Finance and HR and supporting systems to the Workday ERP
Ensure data conversion accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project timelines
Create scripts to extract data from PeopleSoft tables
Perform data cleansing as instructed by the Senior Data Developer
Create extensive documentation of requirements and script logic
Frequently update scripts to provide data extracts as instructed by the Senior Data Conversion Developer

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data conversion development in Python and data management
Good understanding of data mapping, data modeling, and data integration concepts
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to self-manage and operate independently
Ability to manage complex data conversion activities
Ability to adjust priorities as data conversion work pace and needs require
